Andrew Cheung Architects Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop two five-storey residential buildings on this site, consisting of:
- 108 secured market rental units
- A proposed height of 16.8 m (55 ft.)
- A Floor Space Ratio of 2.33 (7,153 m² / 76,995 sq. ft.)
- Two levels of underground parking with access from the rear lane
Under the site’s proposed RR-2B zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
