Total Floor Space Ratio of 0.9 for the site (approximately 4,114 sq. ft.)
Proposed height of approximately 35.1 ft.
Three parking spaces provided having vehicular access from the lane
Under the site’s existing RM-7AN zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
