3235 Clive Ave (DP-2020-00516) development application

Nexst Properties has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop the following on this site:
- A six-storey residential building fronting Vanness Avenue
- A three-and-a-half-storey townhouse building fronting Clive Avenue
- With 68 total market residential units (62 strata-titled and six rental)
- At a height of 21.4 m (70.2 ft.) and density of 2.25 FSR, under the Joyce-Collingwood Station Precinct Plan
Under the site’s existing CD-1(219) zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
