The Director of Planning approved this application, and a Development Permit was issued on June 8, 2022.
Mizan Developments Ltd. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop the following on this site:
- A new two-family dwelling at the front (Building 1) and develop a new one-family dwelling at the rear (Building 2) providing two enclosed parking stalls and one surface parking, all having vehicular access from flanking lane
- A total height of approximately 35 ft. for (Building 1) and approximately 25 ft. for (Building 2)
- A total Floor Space Ratio of 0.75 (approximately 4,070 sq. ft.)
- Providing two enclosed parking stalls and one surface parking, all having vehicular access from flanking lane
Under the site’s existing RT-5 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
