3215 MacDonald St rezoning application
The City of Vancouver has received an application to amend CD-1 (25) (Comprehensive Development) District. The proposal is to allow for the development of a five-storey mixed-use building over one level of underground parking and includes:
- 22 secured rental units;
- Commercial space on the ground floor;
- A floor space ratio (FSR) of 2.72; and
- A building height of 16.8 m (55 ft.).
This application is being considered under the Secured Rental Policy.
