The City of Vancouver has received an application to amend CD-1 (25) (Comprehensive Development) District. The proposal is to allow for the development of a five-storey mixed-use building over one level of underground parking and includes:

  • 22 secured rental units;
  • Commercial space on the ground floor;
  • A floor space ratio (FSR) of 2.72; and
  • A building height of 16.8 m (55 ft.).

This application is being considered under the Secured Rental Policy.
