We would like your feedback on a rezoning text amendment application at 319-359 W 49th Ave. The proposal is to amend the CD-1 (832) (Comprehensive Development) District By-law to allow for redesign of the building and streetwall along W 49th Avenue. The proposal would increase:

  • Floor space ratio (FSR) from 2.3 to 2.5;
  • Floor area from 4,628.7 sq.m (49,823 sq. ft.) to 5,028.0 sq. m (54,121 sq. ft.);
  • Commercial units from 5 to 7; and
  • Residential units from 51 to 64.

This application is being considered under the Cambie Corridor Plan.
