Boni Maddison Architects has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop on this site, consisting of:

• 94 dwelling units of social housing for seniors
• An approximate floor area of 5,802 m² (62,457 sq. ft.)
• An approximate building height of 19.4 m (63 ft.)

Under the site’s proposed CD-1 rezoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
