This application was approved by Council at Public Hearing on June 29, 2023.

We would like your feedback on a rezoning application at 3132-3150 Rosemont Dr. The proposal is to allow for the development of a 6-storey residential building. The zoning would change from CD-1 (Comprehensive Development) District to CD-1 (Comprehensive Development) District. This proposal includes:

  • 94 social housing units for seniors;
  • A floor space ratio (FSR) of 2.2;
  • A floor area of 6,505 sq. m (67,113 sq. ft.);
  • A building height of 19.3 m (63 ft.);
  • 42 vehicle parking spaces and 77 bicycle parking spaces; and
  • Retention of the two-storey care facility on the eastern portion of the site.

The application is being considered under the Victoria-Fraserview/Killarney Community Vision
