Francl Architecture Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop a 69-space Childcare Centre and park washroom facility, at the above-noted address, consisting of:
- Proposed one-storey building
- Proposed building height of approximately 17.7 ft.
- Proposed floor area of approximately 11,571.0 sq. ft.
- Provision of 11-parking spaces accessed from East Kent Avenue South
Under the site’s existing CD-1 (247) zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
