The Director of Planning approved the application on December 13, 2022, subject to conditions. A Development Permit may be issued once all conditions have been satisfied. For more information, please see the Prior-to letter under "Application documents"
Formosis Architecture has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop this site with a mixed-use development building, having six-storeys, including:
- A total of containing 127 Secured Market Rental Housing units
- Commercial Retail use, Health Care Office and Restaurant at main floor
- A proposed FSR of 3.95 (98,383 ft.)
- A proposed height of 23.78m (78 ft.)
- Two levels of underground parking, providing a total of 96 parking spaces having vehicular access from School Avenue
Under the site’s existing CD-1 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
