The application has not changed. The City of Vancouver has received an application to rezone the subject site from C-1 (Commercial) District to CD-1 (Comprehensive Development) District. The proposal is to allow for the development of a 12-storey residential building and includes:

  • 76 social housing units;
  • A floor space ratio (FSR) of 4.82;
  • A building height of 46.6 m (153 ft.); and
  • 7 vehicle parking spaces and 81 bicycle parking spaces.
