Measured Architecture Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to provide interior and exterior alterations on all three levels to the existing two-storey plus basement single detached house consisting of:
- Retain the existing foundation wall, slab and exterior studs
- To raise the height of the main floor by 1.0 ft.
- Add new sunken patio at front yard including at grade patio
- Change the roof line to provide residential tenant improvements
Under the site’s existing RS-1 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
