2665 Duke St (DP-2020-00820) development application

Gravity Projects Ltd. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop the following on this site:
- A new multiple dwelling building, containing eight strata-titled dwelling units
- A proposed height of approximately 37.27 ft.
- A proposed floor space ratio of 1.20 (approximately 8,040 sq. ft.)
- Four parking spaces, having access from the lane
Under the site’s existing RM-7 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
