2664 Birch St (DP-2024-00986) development application

The Director of Planning approved this application, and a Development Permit was issued on March 17, 2025.

Raul Alcocer Architect has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to perform interior alterations to this existing apartment building and to increase the number of units from eight to ten residential rental units.

Under the site’s existing RM-3 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
