Alex Glegg Design Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop the following on this site:

  • To add, alter and convert this existing one-family dwelling to a one-family dwelling with a secondary suite
  • Total height of approximately 33.02 ft.
  • Total FSR: 0.75 (approximately 2,250.06 sq. ft.)
  • No parking provided

Under the site’s existing RT-8 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
