The Director of Planning approved the application on May 22, 2024, subject to conditions.  A Development Permit may be issued once all conditions have been satisfied. For more information, please see the Prior-to letter under "Application documents"


Urban West Architecture Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop a four-storey plus a roof top amenity level apartment building on this site, consisting of:

  • 26 Secured Market Rental Units
  • A proposed floor area of approximately 16,452.7 sq. ft./ 1,528.5 m²
  • A proposed height of 50.9 ft./ 15.5 m
  • 10 surface parking spaces, with vehicular access from lane

Under the site’s proposed RR-2A zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
