The Director of Planning approved this application, and a Development Permit was issued on September 29, 2022.
Porte Communities has applied to the City of Vancouver to develop a new a six-storey, mixed-use building with commercial units on the first storey and 122 strata dwelling units on storeys one through six.
The proposal includes the following:
- Height of 70.87 ft.
- Total FSR of 2.81 (96,210 sq.ft.)
- Two levels of underground parking having vehicular access from the rear lane
Under the site’s existing CD-1 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
