Human Studio Architecture + Urban Design Ltd. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop the following on this site:
- 67 residential rental units
- A Floor Space Ratio (FSR) of 3.20
- Residential gross floor area of 4,680 m² (50,377 sq. ft.) and 371 m² (3,998 sq. ft.) of commercial at grade
- Building height of 21.0 m (68.9 ft.)
- Underground parking and bicycle spaces
Under the site’s existing CD-1 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
