DWG Design Work Group Ltd. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop the following on this site:

  • A new two-storey, two-family dwelling (Building 1), and a one-family dwelling (Building 2) at the rear
  • Building 1: a height of 35.10 ft.
  • Building 1: a floor space ratio of 0.51 (3,224.50 sq. ft.)
  • Building 2: a height of 25.11 ft.
  • Building 2: a floor space ratio of 0.24 (1,548.65 sq. ft.)
  • Total of four parking spaces having vehicular access from the lane

Under the site’s existing RT-6 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
