2268 E Broadway (DP-2021-00510) development application

Omicron Architecture, Engineering, Construction Ltd. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop a multiple dwelling building containing 54 dwelling units, with:
- A proposed height of 19.6 m (64.5 ft.)
- A proposed overall floor space ratio of 2.64 (3,961 m² / 42,640 sq. ft.)
- All over two levels of underground parking providing 60 parking spaces having vehicular access from the lane
Under the site’s existing CD-1 (774) zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
