2235 E 4th Ave (DP-2020-00748) development application

Duivest Projects has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop the following on this site:
- A new two-storey, one-family dwelling with secondary suite (Building 1) at the front:
- Total Height of approximately 27.59 ft.
- Total FSR of 0.50 (approximately 2,263.88 sq. ft.)
- A new two-storey one-family dwelling (Building 2) at the rear:
- Total Height of approximately 24.44 ft.
- Total FSR of 0.25 (approximately 1,114.94 sq. ft.)
- Total of three surface parking spaces having vehicular access from the lane
Under the site’s existing RT-5 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
