The Director of Planning has requested you be advised that this development application was withdrawn on February 5, 2021.


Design Work Group has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop on this site:

  • To develop a two-storey, two-family dwelling plus Basement with a detached accessory building (garage) at the rear, having vehicular access from Yew Street

Under the site’s existing RM-4 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
