The Development Permit Board approved the application on April 15, 2024, subject to conditions. A Development Permit may be issued once all conditions have been satisfied. For more information, please see the Prior-to letter under "Application documents"
Cressey Developments has applied for a development application to the City of Vancouver. The proposal is to develop:
- A two-storey townhouse development, consisting of 102 units, including:
- 33 rental units
- 69 strata residential units
- With one level of underground parking, accessed from lane
Under the site’s existing CD-1 (26) zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it is subject to approval of the Form of Development, and it requires the decision of the Development Permit Board.
