2106 W 8th Ave (DP-2018-00490) development application

Bastion Properties has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop the following on this site:

  • A 3-storey multiple dwelling, containing 5 dwelling units
  • A height of 10.5 m (34.3 ft.)
  • A floor space ratio of 1.45 (774.6 m² / 8,338 sq. ft.)
  • A total of 10 parking spaces provided in the adjacent development, to the south, at 2103 West Broadway, having vehicular access from the lane

Under the site’s existing RM-4 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Development Permit Board.

In response to COVID-19 (Coronavirus), an extended online question and answer (Q&A) period was held in place of an in-person open house for this project.
