Peterson Group has applied to the City of Vancouver to develop this site, consisting of:
- A six-storey, mixed-use building comprising 79 secured market rental units with commercial uses at grade
- Two levels of underground parking, accessed from the lane
Under the site’s existing C-2 zoning (Mixed-Use Residential Building that is a Residential Rental Tenure Building), the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
