RH Architects Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop a six-storey apartment building with 56 strata apartments over two levels of underground parking having vehicular access from the lane on this existing site, consisting of the following:- A proposed FSR of 2.65 (42,740.0 square feet)
- A proposed Height of 70.75 feet
- 56 parking spaces
Under the site’s proposed CD-1 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
