The Director of Planning approved this application, and a Development Permit was issued on November 17, 2023.


Peter Rose Architecture & Interiors has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to make exterior alterations on this site, the scope of changes include:

  • Exterior fascia boards (from smooth to combed finish)
  • Adding an aluminum sliding gate at back lane
  • Changing back yard hardscapes and softscapes
  • Adding decking to back entry
  • Extending back patio and change of material

Under the site’s existing FSD, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
