The Director of Planning approved the application on December 15, 2020, subject to conditions.  A Development Permit will be issued once all conditions have been satisfied. For more information please contact the Project Coordinator directly at niall.coffey@vancouver.ca 


The property owner has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop the following on this site:

  • To alter and convert this existing multiple conversion dwelling with two dwelling units to a multiple conversion dwelling with three dwelling units, providing three parking spaces having vehicular access from the lane

Under the site’s existing RT-7 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
