Double Link Design Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop a three-storey, one-family dwelling and a secondary suite with a detached accessory building at the rear, consisting of:

  • A proposed height of approximately 40 ft. / 12.2 m for the principal building
  • A proposed Floor Space Ratio of approximately 0.38 (4,366 sq. ft. / 405 m²) for the site
  • One surface parking space and three enclosed parking spaces, providing a total of four vehicle parking spaces, having access from the lane

Under the site’s existing FSHCA zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
