Llano Developments Inc., has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to increase the overall floor area of the front and rear building, consisting of:
- Converting the front and rear building to Net Zero buildings, increasing the site Floor Space Ratio by 19%
- Increasing the front building height by 0.6 m (1.97 ft.)
- Adding a second level to the rear building
This application is a minor amendment to development permit, DP-2022-00680.
Under the site’s existing RT-6 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
