GS Design has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to alter and retain this existing single detached house character building and to develop an infill single detached house, consisting of:
A proposed Floor Space Ratio of 0.85 for the site (Approximately 2,620 sq. ft.)
A proposed height of approximately 34.01 ft. for the front building
A proposed height of approximately 22.00 ft. for the rear building
One vehicle parking space, having access from the lane
Under the site’s existing RT-5 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
