We would like your feedback on a rezoning application at 1890 SW Marine Drive. The proposal is to allow for the development of 16 townhouses. The zoning would change from R1-1 (Residential Inclusive) District to CD-1 (Comprehensive Development) District. This proposal includes:

  • 28 secured market rental units;
  • A floor space ratio (FSR) of 0.73;
  • A floor area of 2,932.7 sq. m (31,568 sq. ft.);
  • Building heights of 12.5 m (41 ft.); and
  • 24 vehicle parking spaces and 68 bicycle parking spaces

The application is being considered under the Affordable Housing Choices Interim Rezoning Policy.
