TL Housing Solutions has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop this site with a six-storey, multiple dwelling. The proposal includes the following:
- 64 units of Social Housing
- A ground level amenity space
- An approximate floor space ratio of 2.92
- An approximate floor area of 4,799 m² (51,652 sq. ft.)
- An approximate height of 19.1 m (63 ft.)
This development application “is being considered under the site’s existing RM-4 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision by the Director of Planning.
