Formwerks Architectural Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to alter and convert this existing Single Detached House to a Multiple Conversion Dwelling containing two dwelling units consisting of:
A proposed height of approximately 35.04 ft./ 10.68 m for the Multiple Conversion Dwelling building
A proposed Floor Space Ratio of 0.75 for the site (approximately 3,010 sq.ft.)
Under the site’s existing RT-5 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
