The City of Vancouver has received an application to rezone the subject site from RT-5 (Residential) District to CD-1 (Comprehensive Development) District. The proposal is to allow for the development of a four-storey mixed-use building and includes:

  • Two level fire hall with five truck bays;
  • Two levels of office space;
  • A floor space ratio (FSR) of 2.0;
  • A building height of 19.0 m (62 ft.); and
  • 56 vehicle parking spaces and 16 bicycle spaces.

This application is being considered under the Grandview-Woodland Community Plan. The proposal does not enter a view cone.
