SHAPE Architecture Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop a six-storey, mixed-use building on this site, consisting of:
- Retail uses (Vehicle Dealer) at grade and office and industrial uses above
- A proposed height of 29 m (95 ft.)
- A Floor Space Ratio of 4.49 (19,146 m² / 206,093 sq. ft.)
- Loading to be located at the rear of the building with access from the lane
- Four levels of underground parking
Under the site’s proposed IC-2 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
