Elite Design Firm has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop on this site:
- A two storey plus basement and cellar one-family dwelling with a secondary suite
- Secondary suite to be located in the basement
- Providing two surface parking spaces in the rear, having vehicular access from the lane
Under the site’s existing RS-5 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
