The Director of Planning approved the application on January 18, 2023, subject to conditions.  A Development Permit may be issued once all conditions have been satisfied. For more information, please see the Prior-to letter under "Application documents"


Revery Architecture has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop:

  • A 40-storey residential tower containing 128 strata units with a six-storey podium
  • Building height of 111.98 m (367.4 ft.)
  • Total FSR of 10.8
  • Five levels of underground parking with vehicular access from the rear lane

Under the site’s existing CD-1 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
