Charles Fawkes Design has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop a two-storey with cellar, one-family dwelling with exterior pool and a detached accessory building (garage) at the rear, providing three parking spaces having vehicular access from the lane.

Under the site’s existing RS-3A zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.

Review of design guidelines applicable to one and two family dwellings in this district has been streamlined, as per the Council report of June 8, 2021, as a temporary measure for one year. On June 7, 2022, Council extended the streamlined review process for an additional two years.
