Conwest Developments has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop two mixed-use buildings on this site:

  • North building – eight-storey
  • South building – nine-storey
  • Containing Wholesale Class A with ancillary offices, and general office uses
  • Providing at-grade parking having vehicular access from West 75th Ave

Under the site’s existing M-2 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
