Jakobsen Associates has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to alter and perform an addition to the existing one-family Heritage ‘A’ building on this site, and to develop two one-family dwelling infills at the rear, consisting of:
The removal of the existing laneway house
A proposed Floor Space Ratio of 0.36 for the site (approximately 12,065 sq. ft.)
A proposed height of 38.12 ft. for the Heritage building
A proposed height of 24.93 ft. for Infill House A and B
Six vehicle parking spaces, having access from Matthews Street
Under the site’s existing FSHCA zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
