The Director of Planning approved this application, and a Development Permit was issued on October 25, 2021.


Zulu Technology Ltd., has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission for interior and exterior alterations and to change the use to a General Office (Date Centre) use, consisting of:

  • Change of use of approximately 4,308.0 sq. ft.
  • The addition of a steel platform, two cooling towers with screening
  • The addition of an emergency generator with screening

Under the site’s existing C-2B zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
