Stuart Howard Architects Inc., has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to install two outdoor seating areas (North and South patios) to be used in conjunction with the existing Restaurant Class 1 use, in this existing mixed-use building, consisting of:

  • A combined floor area of approximately 240.0 sq. ft.
  • Proposed hours of operation: 10 am - 10 pm, seven days a week.

Under the site’s existing C-2 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
