The Director of Planning approved the application on June 10, 2024, subject to conditions.  A Development Permit may be issued once all conditions have been satisfied. For more information, please see the Prior-to letter under "Application documents"

Wiedemann Architectural Design has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop on this site:

  • A two-storey single detached house
  • An outdoor swimming pool
  • A detached garage providing three parking spaces having vehicular access from the lane

Under the site’s existing First Shaughnessy District (FSD) zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
