The Development Permit Board approved the application on April 29, 2024, subject to conditions. A Development Permit may be issued once all conditions have been satisfied. For more information, please see the Prior-to letter under "Application documents"
Bosa Properties has applied for a development application to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop a 31-storey, mixed-use tower, consisting of:
- 174 hotel units, up to level 10
- 126 market rental units above
- Three levels of parking, accessed from the lane
- The proposal also seeks an additional 10% heritage transfer density
Under the site’s existing C-6 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Development Permit Board.
