An appeal was heard by the Board of Variance on October 22, 2024, and was ALLOWED, thereby overturning the decision of the Director of Planning. A Development Permit was issued on October 31, 2024.
.The City of Vancouver has received a request for permission to develop the following on this site:
- A change of use from Retail Store to Cannabis Store
- A floor area of approximately of 2,743.52 sq. ft.
- Proposed hours of operation:
- 9:00 am to 11:00 pm seven days a week
Under the site’s existing DD zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
