The City of Vancouver has received an application to rezone the subject site from DD (Downtown) District to CD-1 (Comprehensive Development) District. The proposal is to allow for the development of a 33-storey mixed-use hotel building with a four-storey podium. The proposal includes:

  • 464 hotel units;
  • Commercial space in the podium levels;
  • A floor space ratio (FSR) of 21.79;
  • A building height of 115.8 m (380 ft.); and
  • 33 vehicle parking spaces and 60 bicycle spaces.

This application is being considered under the Granville Street Interim Rezoning Policy.
