The Director of Planning approved this application, and a Development Permit was issued on October 16, 2023.


Roland Rom Colthoff Architect has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to install a covered outdoor seating area on the 2nd storey, to be used in conjunction with the existing Restaurant Class-1 use, in this existing mixed-use building, consisting of:

  • A floor area of approximately 1,638 sq. ft.
  • Hours of operation:
    • Monday - Friday: 11 am to 10 pm
    • Saturday and Sunday: 10 am to 10 pm

Under the site’s existing DD zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
