The City of Vancouver has received an application to rezone the subject site from R1-1 (Residential Inclusive) District to CD-1 (Comprehensive Development) District. The proposal is to allow for the development of a six-storey institutional building limited to the Community Care Facility — Class B use and includes:

  • 169 care facility units;
  • A floor space ratio (FSR) of 3.1; and
  • A building height of 28.0 m (92 ft.).

This application is being considered under the Interim Rezoning Policy for Social Housing, Seniors Housing, and Institutional, Cultural and Recreational Uses in Former Community Visions Areas.

Application drawings and statistics on this webpage are posted as-submitted to the City. Following staff review, the final project statistics are documented within the referral report.
